The Mulligan

Terrible experience. I went with my son to look at some cards, and the owner let me look at some loose cards, but he was busy registering people for a tournament and stopped helping me. I asked a saleswoman (who was wearing clothes with the store's logo) for help, and she said she didn't know the prices and then made me wait 15 minutes. I got fed up with the lack of respect and left without buying anything. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially since the store had very little space.

The items listed on their website are out of stock. I bought something a few days ago, and they told me it was out of stock and that they would issue a refund. I don't know if they'll actually do it, because I've had bad experiences with other stores. I should have read the reviews beforehand, as it seems to be a recurring problem. To make matters worse, the person who contacted me through the website asked me to have EMPATHY for the poor store that's out of stock but still tries to sell the item. I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THEM ONLINE. They're a rip-off.

I happened to pass by the shop with my son during a bike ride and we bought some Pokémon stuff. The service was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on how to improve our decks. We'll definitely be back!

The store itself isn't bad; it has a community and a variety of games, events, etc. But they have flaws from a business perspective that make me wary of buying here. A pre-order I bought in April, which was supposed to arrive in the second or third week of that month, was postponed until July! But they refunded my money. Improve that, and I'd give you 5 stars. In fact, I read the response, and I can tell you that I was able to get everything mentioned, and that's because you should never rely on just one supplier. Regardless of how much I, as a customer, might feel about the pre-orders, you have to guarantee the delivery criteria with a tolerance for delays, yes... but not for 3 months. In the end, it sounds more like an excuse than a coherent explanation. And yes! I would like to return to your store; I loved it.

They have Halloween candy; I ate about 3 while playing Magic. Everyone who works there is very friendly. I didn't win any of the games I played, but I gained a great place.
