Terrible service. I went during opening hours, the store was open with an "open" sign, and the door was open but blocked by a couple of cardboard boxes. I asked if it was open and they replied with an obvious "no." Bad experience.

The service is terrible, just one person for everything. I don't know who the owner is, but it's gone downhill fast. I wouldn't recommend going.

The service was incredibly friendly, I love that. Everything described in previous comments is true. As for Pokémon singles, they're good but not the cheapest, so always shop around beforehand.

Highly recommended!! It's not just a game store; it also lets you experience each game in a fantastic atmosphere, with food and drinks available. The staff is very helpful in showing you the games and the rules, perfect for coming alone, with family, or with friends!
