Ruta 12 - Club de Hobbies

I made a purchase of individual cards from your online store, which was canceled without any prior notice or contact from you. I only found out because the charge was reversed on my card. The cancellation coincided exactly with a price increase for the product, and the justification provided was "out of stock," which is hard to believe given the coincidence. At no point did they offer me an alternative solution—I had to contact them myself to get an explanation. This type of practice—canceling a confirmed sale only to then sell the same product at a higher price without notifying the customer—is not only a terrible experience but could also constitute a violation of consumer protection laws. I hope this serves as a warning to other buyers and as a signal for the store to improve its processes.

The store has a wide variety of products, the service is excellent, and the Pokémon TCG community is great too. I started playing very recently, and they gave me advice on building a deck. I was able to play in a tournament and meet more people in the community. I highly recommend the store.

A highly recommended place to go and play with friends or kids. They have a wide variety of board and card games. I go regularly to play Pokémon, and the atmosphere among the whole community is great and friendly; they're all willing to teach you how to play, help you with your deck, or even play with you. They also have Magic: The Gathering and One Piece products. ✌️

Excellent experience. My partner and I live nearby and have stopped by a couple of times for Pokémon booster packs, and we've also stayed to play for a while. The team is super friendly, the service is great, and they're always willing to answer questions. We'll definitely be back to play and train! 🫡
