Excellent experience. I knew NOTHING about Pokémon cards and they taught me everything I needed to get started, with transparency and a lot of patience. There's a great atmosphere and a real sense of community. Plus, it's well located, with parking.

I bought the Razer Cobra mouse to replace the one I'd had for years, but I just couldn't get used to it. I contacted support (via WhatsApp) to exchange it, and they were incredibly helpful and helpful in handling the issue. They didn't give me any trouble at all, and both the shipping of the first mouse and the exchange were super fast.

I bought two gaming headsets for Christmas, and one of them malfunctioned (one of the earpieces either had intermittent sound or no sound at all). I claimed the warranty, and they told me they would pick up the product from my home and issue a refund. Three weeks have passed since then, and I haven't received any response regarding the refund; they only give evasive answers. I don't recommend them.

I was honestly a little worried the package wouldn't arrive, like so many other reviews mention, but it was nothing like that. It arrived almost instantly, and the product is genuine, so I have absolutely no complaints there. However, the customer support is a different story. I sent a message to ask about the product I bought to see if it was in stock, and they took more than a day to reply. It was a completely impulsive purchase, and their customer service is terrible. Another thing that worried me a lot over the following days was that when the shipment was linked to my RUT (Chilean tax ID) on the Bluexpress website, it was marked as an order from dust2gg (a completely different store). But other than that, everything was fine. Would I recommend them? I couldn't say. I think I was just lucky with this store. Try looking for another store with similar prices or one with a good reputation.
