I bought OP16 and they gave me the whole pack; well, I had bad luck opening it, but nothing I can do.

I've had a bad experience with the customer service. When you buy something or ask a question, it's like you're bothering them. So, I'd buy the product and it would be a bit annoying. I used to buy a lot at the store, but I'm taking it off my list of stores where I buy Pokémon TCG items. There are plenty of stores to choose from to find a good shopping experience.

Terrible experience. I bought a product ($14,990) and asked if I could use a table to play. A little while later, they told me I had to move to another area because of a tournament. They showed me the area, and I went there, only to be asked to move again a short while later because of a tournament. This time, they sent me to the patio, where the tables were dirty and in full sun. That's when I decided to leave. I've never been treated like that in a store before. If they're not going to have any tables available, they should announce it from the beginning. I don't go to a store to play in the blazing sun.

Great shop for Pokémon TCG, the community is super friendly and there are accessible tournaments for all ages, 10/10 shop

An amazing place for TCG fans. I go regularly to play One Piece cards on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 PM, and on Sundays at 4:30 PM. There's also a community for other games like Pokémon, Gundam, Dragon Ball, and Digimon. The store is incredibly well-stocked: they have singles, booster packs, boxes, starter decks, and even anime figures. The atmosphere is very friendly, and you always have a great time. Highly recommended for players and collectors!
