Hello. Today I'd like to share some feedback and observations about the store. I've known it for quite some time and I'm a regular visitor, so I wanted to offer my current opinion with the best intentions. The store was recently expanded and now has a lot of space towards the back, which is very positive. However, I'd like to point out a few areas where I think they could improve: 1. Seating and Capacity Control There's still a problem with the space for playing games. When they hold tournaments—especially Pokémon tournaments on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays—the store gets completely packed. While this is great for business, it's inconvenient for people who are just there to hang out, as they can't find anywhere to sit (I've seen people standing or sitting on the benches in the central area). Suggestion: They could set aside a seating area exclusively for visitors or limit the number of participants in tournaments to better manage capacity. 2. Variety of Events and TCGs Currently, I've noticed a lack of variety in the events offered during the week. I understand that the main focus is on Pokémon (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays), along with Magic: The Gathering (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and Myths and Legends (Mondays). However, it would be much more engaging if they integrated other TCGs like One Piece or Riftbound, or if they organized two different events on the same day to add more dynamism to the week. 3. Opening Hours The opening hours don't seem to be very well defined. There are days of the week when they close at 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. (or later), but on Saturdays they close at 8:00 p.m. I believe that Fridays and Saturdays should have the longest opening hours, since that's when people want to disconnect and play for a longer time without feeling like their experience is cut short. 4. Tournament Prizes Tournament entry fees are a bit pricey for the prizes offered, as they only give out booster packs from the current edition and league boosters. Other stores award top finishers with ETBs, bundles, blister packs, or accessories (sleeves, deck boxes, etc.). In this respect, the offering falls a little short for those looking to compete for better rewards. I want to clarify that I'm making these comments with a lot of affection. This is my go-to store; I know many people here, and it feels like my second home. I don't want this to be taken as negative criticism, but rather as points to consider so the store can continue to grow, keep up with the competition, and become much more recognized, beyond just Puente Alto.
