I went to buy cards for the first time, original cards, and they gave me a free envelope, and they treated me very well.

Good atmosphere and plenty of space to play. I didn't check prices and there weren't many players. I'd say it's the best store in Concepción in terms of price and selection. I think they tamper with the booster packs for good because I've gotten nothing but hits in Magic XD.

It's a pretty good place. Personally, I haven't gone there to play because I'm afraid no one will play what I play (Yugi), but the times I've gone to buy Yugi cards, since it's the only store nearby, it's been quite good. The salespeople are very friendly and helpful, but if I had to say something that bothers me about the store, it's their preference for certain TCGs when it's supposed to be a general TCG store. When I go, it's full of Magic and Pokémon (two of the three biggest TCGs), and Yugi cards—at most, two items in the store: Supreme of Darkness and the XYZ Shark set. It's a good store, but if there were a second option with more Yugi stuff, I'd definitely go there.

The salesperson is great, patient, and helpful. They have good stock and reasonable prices.

Nice ambient. Enough space to play, but sometimes too crowded. Has bathrooms (clients and players only) and many windows that lightens the air when the crowd is too much. Great variety of card and board games, and a selection of small snacks to have in your stay. Prices are standard. The cashier could be a bit more friendly.
