La Loseta

Excellent shipping, great customer service, reliable, and excellent product protection. Everything arrived in perfect condition. 100% recommended.

I had an excellent experience shopping at this board game store. I bought some playing cards, and although I'm still waiting to receive them, I'm very happy and excited to have them in my hands soon. Francisco served me very professionally, was transparent at all times, and offered me different options for international payment, which made the process much easier. He also personally handled the shipping to the United States and kept me informed every step of the way. I recommend this store for its reliability, excellent customer service, and commitment to its international customers. Thank you, Francisco! 🥰 June 30, 2025: I just received my package. It arrived intact and super fast. I'm very happy. The service from this store was top-notch. A very reliable and responsible store.

A huge selection of games available for all tastes, with really great staff who were happy to recommend games if you weren't sure what to play, or even find one that suited your preferences. They also helped people get interested in joining their gaming group. I felt very welcome.

Excellent place to shop some games

Excellent service! They kept me informed about the status of my order at all times. The purchase (Catan 3D) was a delicate item, and it arrived in Santiago in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. Excellent service!
