La Ira

The worst service I've ever received at a TCG store in Chillán. They answered a very simple question arrogantly, and if you tried to ask something else, the employees just chatted amongst themselves and looked at you with disgust. Zero desire to return.

I went with my son around 2:00 PM. There was a huge variety of cards at varying prices. They had everything from collectible cards and binders to large and small metal boxes (Elite, Premium, and ETB boxes), and areas with several chairs and tables for playing. I bought a white binder with about 300 cards and a smaller white binder with a zipper for 24,990 pesos, and a metal box for 14,990 pesos. These are normal prices; in Santiago, at Dos Caracoles and Paseo Las Palmas in Providencia, in the Metropolitan Region, which are some of the places with the best access to Pokémon cards, the prices are very similar. So we left happy. The service was excellent; they guide you and talk to you to find what best suits your taste. There's no parking on the premises; you have to park in the underground mall or around the market.

I went with two other people and we received excellent service. The selection was quite varied and the prices were relatively inexpensive, similar to other places. Highly recommended.

Good prices and the young man who served me was friendly. I couldn't say anything bad apart from the smell, which, like any TCG store with lots of people playing inside, is a bit like knee smell, but if you like these games, it's part of the experience.
