Gato Arcano

We went to buy a birthday present and left with three games. Excellent service; they guide you and explain what each game is about and what age it's recommended for. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful, giant store with a huge variety and great customer service! Excellent atmosphere.

They have everything, the service is excellent, and they know 99% of the games well enough to give you an introduction. Plus, you can play certain games for free for 1-2 hours just by showing your membership card. The place is clean and well-lit, and your first purchase gets a 15% discount, which I haven't seen any other board game store offer. God tier, long live Gloomhaven and pizzas!

Yesterday was my first time going. We had passed by recently, were interested, and went with my partner and a mutual friend. We didn't know what to play, so they recommended a board game, and we had a lot of fun. We ate chips and drank juice (they sell everything in the store to make your visit more comfortable). The salesperson was also very helpful with any questions we had about starting the board game, and even though it wasn't their job, they were very accommodating, which was much appreciated. Since it was Black Friday and they had great discounts, we took advantage of the opportunity and bought a role-playing game to share and play at home with our friends. We bought it wrapped in a cute little bag with a purple ribbon that matched the box. It was great, perfect for the pre-Christmas season, haha 🎄 We'll definitely be back!

Today we went to buy a game we'd had our eye on for a while. Even though it was busy, the service was quick, and the person who helped us was very attentive, explaining another game they had on display, though only the expansion was available at the moment. So we're very happy to have our first board game! And it's clear the staff knows their products very well ❤️
