I love it, the people at the store are super friendly, they taught me how to play Magic recently and I'm very happy, they're super kind.

A great place to get together and play different TCGs in Concepción. Since my last visit to the store, they have improved so much in terms of space, comfort, and ventilation; I hope the store continues to grow.

Central location, variety of products, quiet and spacious place. There's time to trade cards and it's allowed; other stores don't allow you to use the tables freely to sell or trade your cards, so that's why 5 stars.

The place itself seems fine to me, but the staff needs training on how to treat customers, how to be friendly, or how to smile. Because the young man was quite unfriendly. I understand they might have their regular or favorite customers, but that doesn't give them the right to ignore you or speak to you so rudely. I don't think that's right.
