I love the store. The staff are always very friendly, the tournaments are respectful and fun, and they have EVERYTHING. The space is comfortable, smells great, and the service is excellent. My girlfriend has gotten a ton of amazing cards from the store; there's nothing like opening packs with others and sharing the joy of those hits. Among the hits were the golden Greninja in the Chaos pre-tournament, the full-art Zoroak from Journey, the Clefairy from Perfect, and the Mew from Crown Zenith in a mini tin. Personally, I don't have much luck, but I've seen some incredible hits come out in person. I go to play, look at cards, and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere the store creates, while my partner buys and gets legendary hits. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it!

Not bad at all, nice place. You can buy individual cards; they have Magic, although their specialty is Pokémon. The girl who helped me did a good job. I went in just as they were restocking. I hope to come back again to see what it's like normally.

I want to express my outrage through this medium. The first time I bought four booster bundles, I got absolutely nothing. I gave them another chance and bought three more, all at the new branch located in the gallery in Providencia, near the Los Leones metro station. And I literally got what's shown in the image. It's mathematically impossible that I didn't get even one star. I know they're sometimes accused of resealing, but that's never happened to me with other stores. I should also mention that the salesperson takes one from the shelf and another from under his desk. Maybe it's my imagination, but after this, I've decided not to trust them anymore.
