Honestly, this is probably one of the only ethical companies left who sells Pokemon TCG. Every other local card store is upcharging a ridiculous amount on their products due to the increasing popularity of the hobby. These guys here keep costs very reasonable and most importantly do their best to allow different customers an opportunity to buy. Not just the botters and those who hoard outside the stores daily. Their customer service team is also very responsive. Keep up the good work!

Zephyr Epic is truly Epic! They seem to be the ONLY company that isn't scalping Pokemon TCG drops and are setting up raffles to give the little guys (me) any chance at MSRP Pokemon Cards. They were also amazing to talk to when my partner had an issue with her raffle link. Thank you for all you do Zephyr! I wish more companies had a fraction of the integrity you do.

Ordered online from Ontario because I won their raffles a few times. Their shipping is always quick and items arrive properly protected. The prices are probably the best right now for any card shops in Canada but it's tough getting them because it requires a (free) raffle to enter but it's fun anyway! I had issues with an order and they replied within the hour and promptly remedied my issue.

I won an online raffle for a Pokémon TCG Poster Collection set through Zephyr Epic’s website. Despite it being my first time using the site—and dealing with heavy traffic—I received my order within just four business days. I was genuinely surprised by how smooth the experience was. Their prices are very reasonable, and they even offer free shipping on orders over $50. I’ll definitely be checking out their store in person the next time I’m in Vancouver!

Really happy with my online experience. Pleasantly surprised I managed to win a raffle - the process to claim the item was clearly explained and the checkout was smooth. When I initially encountered issues with signing up for an account and entering the raffle on their website, the 'Community Manager' was helpful and professional - extending the raffle entry period and sending an update when the issue was fixed so I could enter properly. The raffle item I won was fairly priced ($35 at Zephyr - compared to $50-80 at other retailers), and shipping was a choice of $5 (ground) or $8 (Purolator), or free for purchases over $50. Very happy and a positive experience all around!
