VI PC Builder & Games

My boyfriend and I came to this place because his playstation would keep shutting off on him and we figured it needed a good clean. We dropped off the playstation for almost two days waiting for the cleanup. When we picked it up we thought everything would be good but when he would play it continued to do the same thing. I got curious and simply opened the front panels to see that it had looked exactly the same as it was before. Clumps and clumps of dust everywhere, barley looked like they even touched the thing. We called asking for a refund and they agreed but not without tons of excuses for what had happened which clearly don't make sense. Things like if you wanted a deep clean you had to ask for it, even though what i saw was not even a deep clean it was just by removing the front white panel and fan of the PS5 which is literally 4 screws that are very easy to remove. We explain all this show pictures and without a doubt still excuse after excuse. Before even going back to get our refund I clean the PS5 myself without ever having done it before, using random things around the house and the amount of dust I pulled out was astronomical. I didn't even go too deep into it and ever since I did that its been working perfectly and hasn't shut off once. Note to self if you ever need something fixed don't rely on other people. Just do it yourself! Here are some pictures of the before and after I had cleaned it and the amount of gunk I had still found after their ''supposed'' cleaning.

Needed a 120mm pc fan. They told me they could order one as they don’t have it in stock, which I find wild for a pc store. It’s been over a week, and still no fan. I wish I they didn’t lie about the date it would be here. Now my Kid is out of a pc for another weekend. Tried to support local but should have trusted my gut and gone with Amazon. Big missstep on their end.

The team over at VI PC Builder & Games is fabulous. They built me an amazing custom computer which has fulfilled my gaming dreams. My kids and I go in often to check out all the Pokémon cards and the staff is always super helpful and patient with them!

I have had nothing but positive experiences pre-ordering TCG products from VI PC Builder and Games and will definitely continue doing so in the future. Their pricing has always been fair and competitive, the shipping has been fast and reliable, and the customer service has been excellent whenever I have had a question or needed assistance. It is really nice dealing with a store that makes the pre-order process simple and stress-free. My orders have been handled professionally, packaged well, and shipped in a timely manner. Overall, I have been very happy with every purchase and would highly recommend VI PC Builder and Games to anyone looking to pre-order TCG products.

The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional while also being personable. VI PC is a true gem in downtown Duncan, and is a truly one-of-a-kind space in the gaming community. From the moment you step in the door, you're a part of a family that genuinely cares about each other, which is rare from businesses nowadays. The owner, Mike, remembers his customers by name, not by transaction. Eric is a trustworthy, accountable, and talented PC wizard. I recommend these guys to anyone I know stopping by the area, and even people abroad because their shipping is reliable and prompt. Thank you, folks at VI PC Builder!
