i called the store for a sleeve that goes over the slab and bumper guard the first person on the phone sounded like he just openbed a shop and knew nothing ..pass me to the owner tell me he nver heard in 40 years bbumper guards talking over me.. while i just simply asked nicley if they had sleeves tht go over slabs with guards then he hung up on the phone on me ..for no reson completey rude low respect to clinets not professional just wanted toi sell .. its not recommnded to buy your stuff here .. online way better i rather still search waste 2 hours then deal with someone completey rude and hangs up the phone ... i just edited my message according the guy here ..ohh now he's saying am arrogant which store replies like that or even reply period when u have a bussiness . I just told you that it's not my fault if you don't know what a bumper guard is all of a sudden it's my problem now because you don't know about it so you're mad and you're frustrated that you never heard that and you don't have it in stock and you can't sell it to me. Come on man what do you mean I'm going and I'm writing a reviews on the random stores review is a real review. That's what a review is for. Employee has to endure from a customer.. it's more like a customer doesn't have to endure an employee acting super rude hanging up the phone just simply asking nice if you had them in stock and for sale, it's not my fault you get mad because you never heard of that and you started to kind of mock me a little bit and I still was nice on the phone and I still kept my decency and everything and you just hung up on my phone right in the middle of my face

Brutal customer service - avoid this shop at all costs. They ignore communication and do not honor their return policies.

Ordered a card from this shop and regardless of its price. It was not shipped in any kind of protection, and that's not it. I left a review on ebay saying wasn't protected in anyway and the owner messaged me saying I was a clown and said they don't put blockers or cards in bubble mailer on low end cards. Super unprofessional in every way.

I visited this store because i was looking for some hockey autographs, they have a nice variety of hockey and sports cards in general, the staff was friendly and patient, they took their time to explain me everything and answer all my questions, I only wished they had more autographed hockey cards on display. I ended up buying an autographed ben bishop picture and some card protectors.

wowowow! we went in to buy a birthday gift, knowing nothing about these cards both the owner and the employee were incredibly helpful, honest, knowledgeable, amazing with the kids, very generous and thoughtful. everything is organized and easy to find, it was an absolute pleasure. can’t recommend it enough.
