Bought an XY Roaring Skies booster pack from them. I paid 150 for the pack. I didn’t intend to open it until later, but when I took it out of the protection sleeve a few weeks after buying I noticed that the seal on the top left of the pack was opened. I’m pretty sure it’s been tampered with, as you can literally see into it. Even if it’s a factory defect, there was no indication that there were any issues with it. Maybe the staff didn’t know, but it’s pretty obvious when looking at it outside of the sleeve that it is halfway opened. I’ve bought sealed from these guys before and had no issues, just sucks that this appears to be tampered with given how expensive the pack was. Will probably not be buying from again unfortunately

My family is always looking to support local businesses, we came here to satisfy our kids pokemon addiction. The staff were odd, they seemed to be more interested in another customer and what he was trading or selling, not just 1 associate but all of them, my kids had questions and they went answered or half answered. Besides that point the prices are just to high. ETB costing $130 was $87 down the street. They do have a nice selection of cards and funko pops. They just need to properly align thier prices.

Tried to sign up for op15 pre release last night . They had 2 time slots available 5pm and 2pm on the bandi app but only 1 one possible ticket to purchase on their website with no time associated with it. So I decided to wait to this morning to call and confirm the time I wanted to sign up for was okay. I opened the website and called to ask about pre release. The employee was short and told me they dont do sign upd day of ( meanwhile they had 7 spots available per the info from the website) he then proceeded to remove the link from the website while I was on the phone so I couldnt get any more details and told me to email the info email because he had 10 customers waiting to be helped and would respond to my email to work something out. I specifically waited to the morning because of their website only have 1 option for a ticket but no time associated with it. Furthermore the store has not replied to my email. Pre release is for the community to participate and enjoy the rare occasion to play a sealed event. The store had plenty of room to allow others to sign up but will be keeping all the extra promos which should be for the players who want to play. Its also wild they charge 60$ where all other stores are 40$ for pre release. Very disappointed in their service. I just moved to Oshawa 2 months ago and have been looking for places to play. Clearly skyfox doesn't want to grow their community ir their name in the community

Ordered online for pickup a few times. It is such a simple process. The website is well set up and organized making searching for cards a breeze! I enjoy browsing their great selection. Card conditions are very accurate and they will contact you to let you know of any condition changes before finishing order for you which i appreciate. Staff have all been friendly and the store has a great variety of things!

A TCG store in Oshawa with extensive collections. They have new and older sets which I haven't seen at other stores. Lots of TCG accessories available too. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were.
