Sketchbook Comics and Games

Had a issue with a online order, the owner went above and beyond to fix it. I would recommend everyone to go check this store out as they have a really good selection and back stock aswell as amazing customer service.

I have going here for a few months to get the absolute series. Every time i went they were very nice and could always a gun comic converation with them about what is comming out and what has come out. This is one of the best comic book shops I have been to not just to buy comic but for a good converataion.

The new Thorold location of Sketchbook comics and games is located on a quaint street in downtown Thorold. The neighbourhood is clean, friendly and a welcome change from where most of the shops in the area are, rundown and littered with drug paraphernalia on the sidewalks. The shop is small but has a great selection and variety of new comics as well as a decent selection of back issues, statues and comic supplies. All of this plus a wide selection of gaming products. Having collected comics for over four decades, worked in two shops and visited over one hundred comic shops on three continents, I can safely say that what stands out most about Sketchbook, is Geoff, the owner. From the first time you step into his shop, he treats you like a regular and like a friend. In an industry full of misanthropic staff and customers, it’s nice to know shops like this still exist.

A great new addition to Thorold! The new location has only been open for a couple of months but I love the new space. The shop is very clean with a large comic book selection, growing board game section, and lots of magic the gathering. I look forward to seeing what events are hosted here!

Very Friendly guys with different options of collectibles. Also, holds many activities during the month.
