Been coming here for years! Marc, Mikayla and the rest of the team are fantastic. They greet my kids with enthusiasm and keep us in the loop with everything going on. Marc even explained how card grading works - this is new to me as I'm trying to preserve some of my kids more collectable cards. Always feel like a valued customer here. Oh and they even brought in a Pikachu for a meet and greet with customers today. Kids loved it. Thanks for the great service, see you tomorrow.

Great place and great prices. Met the owner a few times and you can tell he cares a lot about everything. If you're struggling to find product he has a good selection of sports and pokemon, and all for decent prices

I walk into the store a couple of times when I do go to the Pen. During my visit I saw a $50 pokemon themed blind box, I asked the person working there what could come inside because I wanted to know what I could get for the $50, the person told me they didn't know themselves. They were nice but not very helpful with asking questions about the pokemon blind box, all they really did was stand there while I was looking around. Aside from this the prices for the pokemon cards are high, EB games had a ETB for $90 while they had it for $140. Single packs there are also over $10 which isn't a reasonable price because they are only single packs. Somehow the Japanese/Chinese single packs are cheaper there which is actually confusing since English cards are more common here. I do hope they update and fix their prices because like the ETB I can get for a lower price at EB, Dollys or Walmart.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. The guy working when I went was super polite and friendly. He educated me on a lot of the behind the scenes card market that I didn't know about and was even courteous enough to ask If I had the time to talk. You don't get that type of customer service everywhere. The store has improved since it first opened and I walked through it. I remember it feeling very empty. Tons of sports memorabilia, trading cards, and even the odd pokémon. If you're taking a walk through the mall, it's definitely worth a look even if you're not going to buy anything cuz there's lots of cool things in there.
