It is located on the second floor of a floral shop. Pretty quiet. Only ones there but the guy at the desk refused to let us look though bulk binders because people steal. OK, get it but now you lost a potential sale so you lost anyways. We were the only two people in there, you could have stared at us the entire time bro.

Had the worst TCG tournament experience of my life at Red Riot’s 5k Riftbound event at Anime North this year. The entire operation was disorganized, several staff members were egregiously rude, and I felt unwelcome as both a customer and a player. It was an absolute clown show, and I strongly encourage you to spend your hard earned money at literally any other game store that treats its customers with basic respect. On Friday, we stopped by to look at some cards for sale, including a signature Teemo and several overnumbered Poros. We asked to check the condition of the Teemo before buying it, but a staff member refused to let us even hold the card, saying, “Not for a $1000 card, you can’t hold it.” First, the card wasn’t even stored properly - it was in a dirty off brand sleeve instead of a clean penny sleeve. Second, when the staff member removed it from the sleeve, his hands were shaking so badly I genuinely thought he might drop it. Third, if I’m about to spend $1000 on a card, I absolutely have the right to inspect its condition to my satisfaction. When we looked at the six overnumbered Poros, a different staff member acted like we were trying to steal them. She kept putting the cards back into the case even though we were still deciding which ones we wanted and were simply taking a closer look. We tried to give all the staff the benefit of the doubt, but the next day sealed our opinion. Saturday, the actual tournament, was a disaster from the start. Rain was pouring outside, the event began 30 minutes late, and cell signal was spotty. Mid‑tournament, many players, including myself, couldn’t access the Riftbound events site for pairings or reporting results, so we had to rely on Red Riot staff. Whenever I asked for my table number, a staff member would side eye me, sigh loudly, and even yell at me. Their attitude toward players was genuinely appalling. The head judge also misreported my win as a draw and then lied, claiming he had walked around my table looking for players to report results. I was standing at my table the entire time - he never came by or asked. In a 5k tournament, the difference between a win and a draw is massive; it can be the difference between top‑8 prizing and nothing. When I went to redeem my tickets at the prize wall, it was clear the staff had no idea what items were available or where anything was located. We ended up just taking the first thing they handed us because no one seemed competent enough to help. Overall, I will never spend another dollar on anything associated with Red Riot Games, and I’ve made sure everyone I know is aware of this horrendous experience. I hope you do the same. Edit to the response: I agree the Riftbound servers going down and signal being spotty is not within anyone’s control. But there is absolutely *no excuse* to condone staff *yelling* at players when they are just asking for their table number! Doubling down on this is not a good look.

I purchased a single card online from this store for my personal collection and selected in-store pickup so that I could inspect the card's condition before taking it home. When I arrived and examined the card, I was not satisfied with its condition and politely communicated my concerns to the employee assisting me. Rather than discussing possible options, I was told in a dismissive manner that all sales are final and that the store does not sell perfect gem mint cards. While I understand that businesses have return policies, I found it unreasonable that a refund was not considered when the inspection occurred in the store before I left with the item. This raises the question of what practical alternative exists for customers who wish to verify a card's condition before completing their purchase. If I had inspected the card in person before placing an order, I simply would not have purchased it. I was not expecting special treatment and would have been willing to pay a reasonable restocking fee if necessary. However, the lack of flexibility and the manner in which my concerns were handled made for a very disappointing customer experience. As an avid collector who regularly supports local card shops, I was disappointed by this interaction. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning as a customer and cannot recommend this business to other collectors.

Bought a card online that was described as "Near Mint". Picked it up and card was clearly NOT as described. Showed the worker before I left the store. Refused refund, trade back, or even price adjustment to "lightly played". I was told the store doesn't have money to give me anything and that they only took in the card in the first place because it was from their "buddy" who desperately needed money. Then I asked how he missed all the flaws on the card and the worker said the only thing he saw was an ink dot on the back of card. Clearly his glasses have the wrong presciption. Absolute garbage. There are so many good card stores in Mississauga, AVOID THIS ONE.

Got to meet the owner the day before their huge union area tournament. Store was nice staff friendly. Tournament the next day was amazing. We'll definitely be back if we can. Also the custom mats and sleeves are amazing!
