Excellent experience buying from Poké Jeux. Shipped via letter mail. Items were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Order placed on Thursday and arrived the following Friday. Highly recommended!

Bought a $1000 mystery box. With tax come to $1150. Described as the top of the line for collectors with a guaranteed value of at least $1000. Was brought out to me in a giant box but when opened the box was empty aside from a tag 9 charizard from xy which they valued at $300 (true value under $200) it really makes me laugh because a psa 9 is valued at $179 so a tag would be a bit less yet they charged $300. A unified mind booster bundle (3 packs) they valued at $400 (true value $250) see some on eBay for 200. and 2 booster packs of sun and moon and a pack of xy which were valued fairly. I asked if I can trade the charizard back to them and they offered me 60% value in trade or told me to post it online and sell it myself. On top of that it says the order comes with a free gift top tier whatever that means. They forgot to add it in and when I asked about it they tossed me a crumpled up Japanese pack. Before I left they laughed and offered me a free sticker. Very strange experience. Bought an ancient mew during the same visit supposed to be in NM condition another falsehood it has damage all over the card. If you enjoy getting your moneys worth I would stay far away from this place. Edit : I did have a very pleasant experience with Isaac the first time I went but whoever the guy was who I dealt with today was extremely unprofessional and aggressive.

I am pleased to announce that Julia went above and beyond to support my pursuit in completing several Pokémon mastersets today. Besides being helpful and extremely honest with card condition, she also stayed overtime after store hours to help a fellow Pokémon nerd with their collection. I have placed 2 orders from Pokè Jeux in the past 2-3 weeks, I reside in Toronto Ontario. After seeing that they had their Kimmon’s on sale, I decided to place an order and give this shop a try. The order arrived fast and well packaged! I had great experience speaking with them through Instagram DMs, very prompt on replies. I decided to place a second order, again order came fast and very well packaged. Upon opening the box, there was an issue with 2 items being incorrect/missing. I reached out on instagram and within seconds I got a response, expressing apologies and that they will send out the 2 correct items first thing the next day. And as a sorry, I could keep the 2 items that were accidentally send instead! I didn’t even have the chance to complain if I wanted too lol They made it right straight away, will 100% continue ordering for here. Highly recommend them!
