PLANET X

Great place to go for your comic and Pokemon card needs! Store manager Melissa is exceptionally knowledgeable, polite and great at explaining things!

I purchased 2 Dr. Doom comics. The staff that day was super helpful

Their site FAQ says that orders are processed in 3-5 business days. I placed an order on February 15, 2026. It was sent out from the store exactly 22 days later. When I reached out to inquire about the order status, Tina, the webstore "manager at this time" gave unhelpful answers—"We plan to ship it shortly," for example. At no point in the 22 days did she or anyone take five seconds to update me without being asked. When my order finally left the store, I asked if Tina could provide a reasonable explanation for the delay. She mentioned being frozen out of their long-term storage (meaning they sold me items they couldn't access), and she referred to the packaging team being short-staffed. All in all, Planet X has great stock, but their management and customer service is garbage, at least for webstore customers.

Today I stopped into Planet X & I'm SO happy I did! Found these two figures out of box for an AMAZING price! I love this shop and the variety of merch they carry. The stock is always changing with new & vintage collectible goods. I always find something when I step in. The staff here are WONDERFUL people, the vibes are cozy- it's a gem of a shop.

Great comic book shop near the Beaches. Has a good selection of comics and a ton of other collectibles like statues and action figures. A great place for comic fans and collectors! Melissa has been kind and helpful in setting up a small pull-bin for me. I highly recommend this store!
