Tried asking a simple question about a new hobby and was ridiculed by staff. Terrible place, will never go there again.

Asked a simple question about an item for a child’s gift and was mocked by staff. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. On top of it, its an item that could easily be purchased on amazon but I wanted to support small local businesses. Would give zero stars if I could.

Cold and unfriendly staff. Not welcoming and rude.

So there’s a use case: you need a C5 rocket engine for some project of yours. It used to be that almost all grocery stores would sell you one. Guess what, not in the last 30 years! So where do you go? Online. You go online. And suffer the non-Amazon complexities. And then you wait on it being delivered. Maybe. Or you go here. They have those. They also have the igniters. All a long example. They have all sorts of hobby things. Think of another store around here that does? They’re all gone. Want to get your kids get addicted to something good? Bring them here.

Started going here not too long ago because they had a lot of selection even though most was overpriced. The newer stuff was priced pretty fair so I bought some Brilliant Stars and my hit rate was abysmal. I thought initially just bad luck, but went back and started paying attention to the card packaging and I started seeing some irregularities in the packs. Uneven crimping and the photo I posted was actually a pack that has less cards in it (I didn’t open it yet because I’m going to go complain) and there was a small slit near the top of the seal. I am by no means trying to hurt a business, but after opening so many packs and getting absolutely nothing, it’s hard to believe they are not tampering with packs in some way. I bought and ETB with not a single hit. I bought a booster box with maybe 6 hits. Loose packs, nothing. This is absolutely not normal and every buyer should be very wary of buying here. I don’t plan on it anymore.
