In our North Hill Centre location we have the ability to host 5 tables of 4 customers down the middle of the store. we move the middle supply shelves and put the tables down the store. We can go out into the mall and use the additional community room for larger events. However we prefer to have everyone in the store. As our special pokemon events have grown quite large with 40 participants we use the store beside us for those events as overflow from the store. As Rob's wife I have now become fully involved in the stores when we grew to the second location and my love is for Disney so I would like to have both the stores be play stores but I understand that we have to wait the 6 months to reapply for New Horizon. That store has now been renovated to allow 20 play customers in there for regular weekly events. Now that we have learned the Pokemon program as both Rob and I started in sports memorabilia, we are branching into all TCG products and their play programs. Growing Riftbound is our next learning process with our first prerelease coming up and then we will be added weekly events to support Riftbound. Our focus after that is grown Lorcana play and then Magic, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh. As you can see in the video the store is broken into sections of TCG, Sports and Supplies. We are a family owned business with both Rob, myself and our 2 boys working in the stores. We are looking at a 3rd location in the south of Calgary as our customer base has told us there is no play location in the Deep South of Calgary for players and they all have to drive 30+ minutes to play. This 3rd location will have a large focus for TCG play. We will be hosting games daily so that players have a constant location to play anytime they like.
