I had a wonderful experience shopping at Okanagan Card Quest last weekend. I was shopping for a gift for my niece for a back to school care package and I was very happy with my purchase. This newly opened store was very neat and organized and had a great selection of cards, accessories and other items like board games and toys. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products he sells. They also mentioned how they were starting to plan gaming events in the store to promote community engagement like tournaments, etc. I will definitely be coming back here for all my card collecting and gaming needs. Thank you!

I needed something very specific to gift a close friend and found it on their site. I called to place the order and spoke to Stephen who I learned is the owner. I received prompt and great service! Stephen was kind, patient and was also able to answer the many questions I had. I learnt that their store opened today and when I enquired about shipping the product I ordered, he went above and beyond to make it happen though they were not yet set up for shipping. I appreciate the courteous service and the fact that they were ready to fulfill my order by going beyond what they were ready for on the first day. Wishing them the best and I know they’ll do good with such great service.
