Multizone Comics and Games

Such a nice LGS, has a good amount of inventory for TCG, happy with my visit here.

First time making a purchase from Multizone and I definitely recommend giving them your business. I'm on the Ottawa side, so I made a placed an order for pick up at Red Dragon, and the whole process was so easy. I also contacted Multizone about my order since they have a price match policy and they were so quick to reply and pleasant to talk to. It speaks volumes about the business and the people who run it when they stand by their values. I'll be checking out the physical store soon. I always prefer supporting a local small business game store, especially when they make it feel more personal and like they really care about their customers (which is how I felt from Multizone). I also recommend checking out Red Dragon which is another great local gaming store!

Ordered a $50 MTG single from them. Got an email that said it shipped. That was August 19, and it has not shown up (writing this on September 12). I reached out August 31 to see what was going on and got told they'd look into with Canada Post and get me an update after the long weekend. Never heard back. Ordered and received singles from Face to Face Games since then, which has always provided prompt and excellent customer service. I reached out to them again yesterday. Email was ignored this time. Only reason I took a chance on these guys was because Face to Face was out of stock for what I needed. Will not take that chance again, and nor should you. Edit: They must have seen this review and gotten back to my email. If they are to be believed, they sent it to my billing address rather than my shipping address, which are two very distinct addresses. The closest they got to offering to make it right was to say they didn't even have another they could send me. Customer service legends. Save yourself some headache and order from Face to Face Games or 401 Games.
