Very helpful and friendly guys!! They went out of their way to help, both on the phone and in the store!!

I called the store and She was very rude. I purchased items and then when we got them home I realized they dont have the plastic packaging.She said they come that way, but I bought others and they do. I even showed her they come sealed. She refund to refund and said I have to accept the store credit. She also claimed she doesnt have a button to do a refund. Why should I have to accept a store credit when they sold me something that was opened and had dirt on it? This is unfair to me as a customer.

Halfway perfect service, there is refund policy, halfway perfect quality for the price and halfway perfect atmosphere too! The issue was that I was wanting a Tradeopia LED message tag for my Algonquin College, but that was a freaking mistake. Since that also includes a software install CD, It is so impossible to install since I already have the proper hardware with my Computer such as the External USB CD/DVD Burner/Reader, I thought, after installing the software, an error shows and it says that the application failed to start because the procedure in the entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR120_CLR120.dll. That is not working for me. SHOO! That was freaking close too.
