Looking Glass Toys & Games

It’s always a pleasure coming here. Great selection of army painter pants, D&D, Warhammer and a beautiful back wall of board games. Very clean store and things are easy to find!

Pretty much the best hobby store in the area. Clean, organized, professional and they run games like MTG and DnD, which makes for a nice centralized one stop shop. Vince is open to the costumer's recommendations and keeps expanding the options in-store or order whatever you might need board game wise.

The Looking Glass is honestly one of my favorite stores to visit. They have such an awesome selection of toys, cards, and games (including Lego and puzzles)— there’s always something cool to check out, whether you’re shopping for kids, collectors, or just yourself. Their Magic: The Gathering events are fantastic. They’ve created such a welcoming, friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable, no matter your experience level. The owner is incredibly nice, and the staff are just as friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome every time you walk in. The store is always clean and organized. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already!

So glad we have a place like this in Petawawa. I've been going here for years but somehow missed leaving a review. Friendly, helpful staff and a good selection of different things to nerd out over for all different age groups. There have been times where the store was able to order in things that they didn't carry for me, and their prices are fair and better than a lot of other places I've browsed online. I wish they carried more tabletop rpg books (mainly just have D&D and Call of Cthulhu right now) as I like to browse those before committing to buying, but I also haven't asked them about bringing any other specific systems in. Highly recommend supporting this local business as much as possible.

Was absolutely delighted to see such a well equipped "hobby store" within the toys and games store. Huge selection of Battletech, decent amount of Warhammer and even army painter supplies. I'm originally from the GTA and this one shop has more community and selection than my previous local area within 30 minutes driving for Battletech, and I'm told games run regularly. Prices are fair, but selection is seriously great. Found Warhammer items sold out everywhere else on the shelf.
