Jack's On Queen

Had a great experience. I was nervous to buy from online via the shop app as I had been scammed a few times on models I was seeking. Jacks had some great dis counts on monsterpocalypse so I ordered some. It arrived but was some missing parts and cards. (They would have had to open and check each piece and dry fit them to know). After emailing them the details, they went out of their way to correct the error and my models are now complete and able to be used. Their emails were friendly and understanding, no attitude or unreasonable asks. I bought more from them after. Both Packages were secure and contents snug, nothing crushed, loose or missing. I appreciate a store like that and will find excuses to buy online. Highly recommend them.

I am a huge board game collector and just went for the first time and bought betrayal at house on the hill. I forgot to ask their name but the person who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. There was a good selections of boardgames varying in difficulty from beginner to advanced. There were also alot of card games which I am not familiar with to note about properly but I will be visiting again for my next boardgame purchases. Thank you for a good experience!

First magic the gathering night and we had fun! The place has so much place to sit and move around, getting cards we needed was great, Kim and Tim and their son (owners) are so fantastic! Thank you guys for this wonderful time we had!

I would give more stars if possible. I ordered a game online from their store and the same day they shipped it out. I just picked it up at the post office 2 days later and the package had a bunch of extra little trinkets including some dice for my DND stash. Such a thoughtful addition. I hope I can make it out to the store some time. I’ll definitely be supporting them again in the future!

Came here from Toronto to grab some cards I couldn't find for a reasonable price anywhere else. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. My friend and I had our questions answered and we were well taken care of. Will definitely be back!
