Impulse Games & Hobbies

Amazing service! Nice staff and great place to buy Pokemon cards and other TCG products! I’ve bought countless gifts and board games here as well! This is clearly the supreme place to buy collectibles in Smithers!

Awesome little store. It was my first time visiting as I'm only passing through town. Small shop but they manage to pack a lot of great stuff in there.

stopped in march 7th 2025 & Employee didn't want to Open a case of 2024-25 Upper Deck Series 2 sitting on the floor next to the cash register to Sell. its two days passed release day.. i don't know who the manager is but I'm not shopping here with that type of disrespect to the customer from inattentive & careless workers if i walked into your store. Good riddance.... Edit: i see they had a water leak....Karma has being great lately.

I had a very good experience with Spencer. He not only provided relevant knowledge of the warhammer factions and quickly and efficiently helped me choose my 2 favorites and got me out the door with relevant starting/stepping stones and helped me bolster on additional visits. To his regular customer BEWARE ! This are few new impulsive warhammer buyers/gamers in the area. Tweet your battalions the DRAKARRI are coming for you

Another board game store in Smithers is great news! Just like big smiles it had a decent selection of board games, but impulse is more heavily focused on gatherings. Each night they have a certain game that the are going to play like magic or war hammer. They sell a bunch of manic cards. Other things they sell are card sleeves and many sided die. Really great edition to the town. Friendly staff and great selection ❤️
