HPW CARDS

Big thanks to the team, over at HPW Cards! I haven’t physically been in the store, as I live in BC, but I’ve ordered from them twice (canceled a preorder) Their CS TEAM is beyond nice! They always go above and beyond, so quick to respond back in a timely manner. Always understanding. Thanks so much for the great service! I’ll be sure to visit when I’m in town.

Excellent experience. The item arrived exactly as described and was packaged with exceptional care to ensure it was fully protected during transit. Communication was prompt and professional, and the overall purchasing process was smooth from start to finish. It’s clear that customer service and attention to detail are priorities here. I would not hesitate to purchase from this shop again and would highly recommend them to fellow Pokémon collectors.

Had an awesome experience at HPW Cards here in Edmonton. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable—definitely a place where both new and experienced players can feel at home. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the hobby. They took the time to answer all my questions in detail and offered helpful suggestions, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. That kind of service really stands out, especially if you’re trying to learn more about the game or build a better deck. Their selection is solid, and the prices are fair compared to other shops, which is always a big plus. It’s clear they’re trying to balance business with supporting the local player base. Overall, it’s not just a store—it feels like a hub for the card game community. Whether you’re there to shop, trade, or just chat about the game, it’s a great place to spend time. Definitely a shop I’ll keep coming back to and would highly recommend to anyone in Edmonton!

Had a great experience at HPW Cards! Picked up these boxes and everything was perfect. They had exactly what I was looking for, and the selection was really solid. I got the last box, and the guy who helped me was awesome. He was super quick and efficient got me in and out fast with no hassle at all. Really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Definitely coming back again!

Made my first order online with HPW recently as I'm not local. I purchased around 15 singles and 2 booster boxes. The shipping was quick and the order was very well packaged. I purchased all NM cards and they were indeed NM. Some even had the original wraps. Very happy with my order. Will definitely be making another order in the future.
