Gamezilla - Moncton

Another sad experience at the moncton location. The employe working at the time(guessing owner by the entitlement of his comments), would rather spend time lecturing me on how he didnt waste his money getting his online systems running, just to waste more time typing in a single item order. Adding to the ridiculous support to the many hobby communities, and expressed feelings to said communities, over inflated prices on products and waiting times on order processing/shipping. Good luck retaining customers.

Great range of MTG booster packs, commander decks, bundles, etc. Had a great interaction with one of the workers who really seemed to know their stuff!

I went into game zilla today and met by an employee, right away he gave us attitude for wanting to look at cards. we asked to look at bulk pokemon and at first the worker didnt even know what bulk cards were then he later understood and told us how may pokemon cards that were in store physically then we asked to see them and he straight said nope and to look online but my phone was dead at the time and then i asked to use the working computer infront of me and he again said "nope not how we do business" and he was worried about the next customer, while we were infront of him ready to buy cards, i used to come here all the time as a kid and this was by far the worst experience ever, he couldnt grab some colored cardboard that was beside him, he then said well when you get home order from our website, i wont be doing that and will be giving my future business to someone else.

I always loved going to the Moncton gamezilla both now as a grownup and when I first got into gaming way back in the day. They have wonderful staff. They also have almost everything when it comes to magic the gathering. Definitely would recommend a visit!

Literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a card shop. Bought my boyfriend a Lugia EX Plasma Storm. Specifically called/emailed and ASKED for additional pictures of the card before buying (since it was a $300+ card). Was given pictures of the card marked as LP+ and the store FAILED to point out SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE on the card before sending it to me. The pictured were taken at an angle where you couldn’t see the damage and the store clearly had to have known this card had damage on it but still chose to mark it and sell it for LP+ price. Received the card and was of course shocked to see the condition of it. Me and my boyfriend have called the store 3+ times and emailed them more than once. They REFUSE to email me back and refuse to give us an answer when asked for a refund. This is absurd. We waited 2 weeks for them to ship out a card only for us to see it was purposefully not as described and now they refuse to resolve this issue with me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM . Worst experience buying a card online in my life.
