Fact or Fiction Games

I started coming here a couple weeks ago for some commander precons. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, super friendly and welcoming. Great shop 👌👌

No prices. Wont purchase or accept trade on cards of multiple generations/price points. They quickly skip through them and say not interested but yet lack the knowledge to properly price cards when trying to purchase. I decided to give you another shot today and was quoted 2-3 times market value for cards. 124/124 girantina I was told between 600/700 dollars. Look at both sold and listed for sale on ebay (ungraded) and tell me that's a fair price point for that card. The 5 star review for a competitor is deserved and has nothing to do with your business. I frequent all card shops. When you the owner was in shop I spent 1000s at your shop. Its gone down hill.

Avoid this shop if you care about card condition or basic customer service. I went in to pick up a single that was listed as "Near Mint," but the card I was handed had white edges on every side of the card —clearly MP/LP at best, but EVERY CARD THEY LIST is listed (and likely NEVER graded whatsoever) as 'Near Mint'! When I pointed out the discrepancy, the staff just went silent and offered no correction or apology. Beyond the crooked grading, the atmosphere is incredibly unwelcoming for walk-in customers. They seem to prefer their 2-4 day web-order backlog over helping people at the counter. I even had to print my own receipt while three employees stood around talking and ignoring me. If you're looking for honest grading and a shop that actually values its local players, go elsewhere. This place is strictly a "salvage yard" with a bad attitude. Fact or Fiction indeed! It’s a clear indication of a dying “card shop” when the name of the business is its own warning label! The Fiction is A FACT! Steer clear!

You deserve 5 stars. Your people are really nice. I'm only 10 years old and I still go to your place. I am using my dad's account right now and I love doing your battles with other people.

I was so tired I forgot to actually describe the place lol. Great staff super friendly and willing to help, best priced cards I've seen at any shop really. Easy to get too. If you're looking for Digimon specifically they've got a great community and selection. Check out the site too!
