This is the best games store I've ever been to, hands DOWN. All the staff were super helpful, Marko is my GOAT! They also have an awesome hangout area - great way to spend a day.

First time visiting this store. With prices set consistently above PriceCharting (even with a 20% discount), the expectation is premium service and premium condition. Unfortunately, neither was delivered. Never encountered such unenthusiastic, low energy and dismissive staff at a videogame store before. Maybe it was an off day for them so I'll see how it is the next time I go there as there was a good selection of collectibles.

Absolutely amazing store. Have been shopping with them for years and they never disappoint. Always a good time walking through browsing their well organized and diverse selection. Now that I have my own little gamer we go in with his mission of spending his allowance. We’re so happy with their 30 day warranty on used consoles and recommend them to everyone looking to get into gaming or to find their old nostalgic games or items. The schedule for Pokémon play is super for getting kids familiar with real Pokémon playing instead of just hoarding cards. So glad to have these guys. Cheers to 15 years all you Epic people. 😊😊😊

I’ve been coming to this store since the mid-to-late 2010s when they first opened their doors at their old (and much smaller) hillside ave and kings st location. Every single staff member that either currently works with or previously worked at this establishment has been absolutely amazing to deal with. They are all super knowledgeable, extremely attentive to customer needs, very friendly and approachable, and all not only come across super welcoming and helpful but show that they genuinely are both welcoming and helpful as well. Myself I am an individual on the autism spectrum, and at times I can feel isolated from society and that I don’t have people I feel I can talk too about gaming related things without peopel thinking I am weird or crazy lol… and genuinely each and every single time I go to this store (which is VERY often lol) one… or multiple, of the employees have taken time out of the task they were doing to just stand there and converse with me about a plethora of gaming and things of a related topic, for an extensive period of time, so much so over the years them taking time out of there day and going above and beyond there pay grade to chit chat with me, helped me get more comfortable with socialization and helped me progress the skills I struggled with. I have bought many things at Epic Games & More over the years, most memorable item I purchased being my original V1 switch here back in 2018, which I have now firmware modded and still use to this day. Basically what I’m saying is this store is an 100/10 on the scale of epicness (pun intended lol) and if you have the time you won’t be disappointed in not only the insane large selection of retro to modern games/consoles and even collectibles, but also the inclusivity and quality of this stores staff and there above all else quality service. P.S. there is tables to rent and play tabletop board games and such which is super swag, and also a retro style arcade in the back that you can play with quarters, I think they switch some of the arcade cabinets every once in a while so that’s neat too! Overall best game store on the island. Special shout out to Nick Briand the owner and a former employee who is still a friend of mine to this day Jacob Lake.
