Awesome little niche card/hobby shop that deals with other goodies too, rather then just cards. (No shortage on their selection of cards for the record.) Making sure there's something for everyone. After a being here a while I could confidently say its run by some of the most family friendly, welcoming and respectable chaps, with an awesome community/fanbase behind them. I look forward to seeing ETB grow in the future!

Great team! Once you bring something to these guys attention, they are all on it! No matter how small the issue is. Had some hiccups with them but couldn’t be happier with the professional manner this team handles criticism and problems. Also very welcoming getting like 4 hellos every time walking into the Newmarket store!

A little hidden trading card store in Newmarket on Davis Dr. Justin a staff member was really friendly, patience and knowledgeable on the TCG. If he was not sure he would ask his colleague. I find that this store is very professional and approachable.

I have enjoyed my past few visits to this card shop. The regular staff has been amazing, friendly and informative. I had traded-in a deck fo Yu-Gi-Oh cards and after a few days was offered a sizable amount of store-credit. During today's visit, i had the displeasure of speaking to their manager. I unfortunately did not get their name. They were about 40-50 years of age, had blue eyes, and was either balding or had a buzz cut (unsure as their hair was also white/grey). Just want to make sure i am descriptive to ensure that new customers can avoid this person when visiting the store. I had inquired about using my store-credit to buy a few singles, when he noted some prices. I have stated that their prices were a little high compared to the market, which the manager then stated that they used "TCG Mint". I once again confirmed with them that they are using a website "tcgmint.com" to coordinate their prices, to which the manager stated, "yes, and sother similar sites". The orices were marked up on the stores website from $10-$40 per card, which I found a bit too much of a discrpenacy. Dissatisfied with my conversation, I then spoke to a regular employee who was more than willing to hear me out and help investigate a few things. The employee then looked up pricing on TCG Player and confirmed that their pricing was significantly higher and stated that their prices update daily, but I had informed them that these prices haven't changed in weeks. The manager then stepped in claiming I was misinformed and that they take their prices from TCG Player and TCG "mid" and manipulate their prices accordingly. I had made it clear to the manager that I was informed that you use TCG Player and none of the sites you had previously mentioned, as they do not exist after taking 2 seconds to search on my phone. I had asked them if they were willing to negotiate the pricing considering the discrepancy on their site and the site they source from using the store credit. The manager then stating that "I'm happy with the pricing, and we use TCG Player and TCG Mid to get our prices." I am not against people selling for a price they want, as they are running a business and are here to make money. What i dont agree with is claiming that you base your pricing comparable to a website and another website that doesn't exist. I also dont agree with when it is brought to your attention that there is a significant price discrepancy between the website you claim to use for pricing and disregarding it. I unfortunately retracted my trade-in and also my other lot of cards I was looking to trade in due to my poor experience with this manager. I recommend coming to this store for events and just regular meet & greets as the manager never attends them. The regular staff is amazing and quite friendly. I strongly recommend to not purchase anything from this store however, the manager seems to be more of a scalper rather than actuallt being a genuine fan of the hobby. By the way Nikki, great work, you are amazing! Also to the gentlemen I had spoken to after poor interaction with your manager, you were fantastic and were incredibly friendly to me and my son! Excellent source of hobby paint supplies! Went in for 40k stuff and surprised they got such a diverse brand offering. Citadel, Army Painter, Green stuff world, and more. They got Rosemary & Co Sable Series 33 brushes all sizes in stock. If you want to upgrade they got Artis Opus. Well stocked and great selection. David is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Will definitely be back for more supplies. Plus one for having good web inventory system showing what and how many is in stock and in which location (they also do free stock transfer from Oakville shop). Wish them all the success including the upcoming 3rd location!
