Dueling Grounds

I was overcharged for an item, pointed it out to the person behind the counter. Neither he nor the other employee were able to figure out how to issue refunds through their debit terminal. I was offered cash to settle the difference, but was given $10 flat on an item that was $11 cheaper than the one I had be charged for and had already paid tax on. I pointed this out and the person behind the counter slammed a toonie on the counter and said “have a good day”. Even basic transactions are beyond their capabilities, let alone any modicum of customer service. I will never set foot in that place again.

I had a very pleasant experience here when I visited for the first time! I am brand new to collecting Pokemon and don’t know much, but the workers were very friendly in helping any questions I had (both about pokemon itself, card shows, pricing etc) and let me take my time looking at binders of cards and deciding what I wanted to get. It’s such a cool looking store and the customer experience made the visit that much better, I will definitely be back!

I bought paint from Dueling grounds for model car kit building on a revell dune buggy goes on nicely great sparkling steel from citadel paints i like how I can slowly take a little out and use it gradually cashier was very straight forward and informative i use different types of paints its vital to have a couple suppliers certain paints are vital for engines pipes belts the other body paints im going with a midnight purple for the dune buggy already a light blue for lower body giving it a nice beach fun look Thank you dueling grounds

Duelling Grounds is an amazing place to shop / play board / card games. Shopping wise they always have what I’m looking for way less than any other store. Very inviting staff!

This store has terrible customer service and their employees dont know how to treat people. They take cards in when they dont have the money to pay for them, In return will refuse to pay their customers, or give product like agreed on. I would highly suggest going to other card stores in town. I have never been treated so terrible in a store!.
