Draw For Turn Games

Good stock and prices, mixed environment. Went in a few times with a friend looking for one piece singles to add to our decks and the prices were fair. Few weeks later we came back to do the same thing, and the entire box of singles was suddenly no longer available and we were told they aren’t being posted online either no with no further explanation. Couldn’t help but feel like we weren’t wanted there. Maybe we did something wrong and so they didn’t want us browsing through the cards but it was never communicated to us. That being said, there’s always people there playing cards and having fun so there is community to be had there. I hope others will have a better experience than we did. The store is better than most in Richmond, it’s just a little disheartening that we felt excluded from the place.

From out of town and played Gundam here. The people here are friendly and pretty organized. The space is a tiny bit tight but still very clean. Prices for most things were reasonable as well. I'd love to come back and play again.

Worst experience ever buying singles from here. Ordered on Friday for a Local pick up hoping to get some cards for me and my friends for the FOLLOWING friday for our meetup. This was 2 different cards ( multiple play sets of each for our me and friends ). Asked on sunday if it was ready, nope. Asked on tuesday nope. Drove out on wednesday evening after work. picked up sealed product and asked if singles could be gotten. nope. still not ready. Thursday wait all day for email and send a discord message asking to cancel the order and as it still was not ready and my friends got copies from other local stores already. Their response to me asking to cancel was. " we will prepare it next ". Refused to cancel order. They stated no refunds on singles which i can understand, but they made a mistake, missed my order and refused to budge, made excuses and tried to blame me. Sure its their rules. Really poor customer service on their part. This was over 16 bucks. I could care less about the money. They obviously need it it seems like. i would never shop here again.

Just ordered a few pokemon booster card sets. The prices are very reasonable, and not price gouging like other card stores. I cant wait to get them at pick up 😀 Update: great pick up experience!! The staff was super friendly and helpful! I got exactly what I needed and I've even added my wooloo-colo to the wall of wooloos

Hands down the best card shop ever! Super chill owner! Big collection! Reasonably priced! Fun events! Lots of official Japanese Pokemon products! Clean washroom with good toilet paper AND menstrual supplies!? Walls decorated with huge pokemon posters! Door full of wooloos!!? What more can you ask for? Also side note: CATS!!!
