⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. They have everything you could possibly need for trading cards, and the selection is fantastic. My son even said it’s his favourite store! A special shoutout to Kevin for making the experience so much fun and going above and beyond with his customer service. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great products and even better service!

My favourite store in the city to buy pokemon cards. The store is clean, well organized, very well staffed and has an enormous quantity of cards to review in person. The staff as a whole is excellent and very knowledgable. My fiancé has been shopping there since they opened and I recently joined the fandom and have followed suit. Special shout out to Jasmine and Nick, who have been amazing each time I go in to look at their singles and binders. Can't recommend these two and the store as a whole enough.

Dani possesses one of the most delightful personalities when it comes to selling Pokémon. It is truly a pleasure to watch her streams, and her store consistently offers impressive items. Whether you are simply browsing or are a professional card collector, they have a wide selection to meet your needs. This is my preferred shop after the Pokémon Center! We're from the UK and called in with friends&family who have been before. Great store, lots of options and a super friendly dog named Natsu. Dani was super friendly, great with my daughter, got her to sign the giant Pokemon Visitors Binder and gave us lots of reasons not to visit Ottawa as a tourist other than for Pokemon stores 😀 Definitely recommended a visit if you're nearby.
