COLLECTORS VALLEY

The owner here is friendly and fair. We sold our Pokémon cards to him at a fair price. Not only was his service great but the shop also has a variety of Pokémon cards and products that the Pokémon lover would want. Based upon my previous experience I would not have recommended this store due to the customer service treatment that I had received in the past. Fortunately; today, we had the opportunity to interact with the owner and it was a complete 180. We will be recommending this shop to our family and friends.

These guys are absolutely amazing people! They have such a great selection of product and they always make me laugh when I’m there. Super kind and just all around very awesome. Every time I walk out of this store I’m absolutely stoked. Shout out to them for being good human beings. Couldn’t ask for a better experience honestly. I make it a point to buy from them. Never have had a poor experience. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING 🫶

Great store with lots of selection. Owner is super nice and helpful! Always goes the extra mile to help you out. This is a pokemon location too, so there is regular pokemon league nights and prereleases.

Horrible business. Reached out to the owner in regards to purchasing a card and I was very kind with them, asked how much they wanted and if they would be flexible to price it closer to the recent sale from a week ago. They proceeded to tell me they wanted 6x that price and got snappy with me. I called them out on it and they proceeded to say I was "bullied in high school" and that I'm a "bad asset to the hobby." Would highly recommend staying clear from this place at all costs.

Hands down my favourite store for Pokémon! Great selection, fair prices, great value on trades. The owner, Udi and his staff are super knowledgeable and always willing to help answer any questions. Can’t recommend this place enough ! 10/10 -here’s some of the absolute gems I’ve snatched up from them for the pc.
