Terrible experience today and a couple weeks ago. Been going for a couple years and have spent $1000's on MTG and war hammer. Went in to make a large purchase of product. The door was unlocked so I went in. The gentlemen got upset and said they weren't open yet. It has never been an issue before. The last time I go there or any of my family who have also spent alot of money. Rude and unnecessary for a regular customer.

Ordered online from them and got my cards very quickly! Although it was missing a few cards, they immediately helped me fix the situation. Highly recommend

Had a manufacturing error with an item I ordered, and they we're able to provide a replacement within the week. Top tier customer service.

Best place for MtG pre-release, and if you are into wargaming they just added a full Vallejo paint rack, including the new Metalics, and have so much basing stuff. Not to mention the Warhammer selection.

Went in to ask about a certain pack of trading cards. Guy at the counter barely looked up to even acknowledge my question and when he did it was just a "no" and then didn't say anything. I took a glance around and left. Would never walk back into this place and purchase a single thing from them. Most of these TCG stores are the same with the attitude they have towards "regular" people coming in to ask or shop. Prove me wrong.
