Board Game Bliss

Great store, prices and customer service. Had an order that was delayed and received options by email to wait it out or get a refund. Unfortunately a sealed case of 4 booster boxes were opened and shipped as 4 loose booster boxes. Makes no sense to open a sealed case, take out the booster boxes and ship in a different box. Now I cant tell if I received dead booster boxes from a case that already pulled an enchanted. Had to repurchase my order from 401 games at a higher price.

Ordered LOTR duel and picked it up in-store. I met with 3 staff and all 3 of them were super friendly. I initially called them on a Friday evening and they agreed for me to pick up the game on Saturday without me scheduling an appointment. As I came into the store, my daughter and I enjoyed the environment and truly appreciate the staff for being polite and knowledgeable on my asks. Would come back for my next BG purchase.

I've used Board Game Bliss for nearly 10 years to buy 100s of games. They have good prices, the best selection of games in Canada, and their secret sauce is their hold feature. It allows you to purchase and store games at BGB until you meet the free shipping threshold. BGB had an inventory error, which had an important impact on me. Michelle, who works at BGB, was able to come up with a creative solution that catered to me specifically. What matters as a customer, was that Michelle took my problem seriously and was motivated to keep a loyal customer happy. That's great customer service and why I will continue to shop with BGB.

As extensive board gamers (having a collection standing at 173 total), we're always on the lookout for these smaller shops. We weren't disappointed. The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We scored some new games for our collection for some excellent prices. We will definitely purchase from them again!

*Online Experience Review* The go-to for all board game needs. Shipping is fast, cheap, and reliable. Almost my entire collection has come from board game bliss. Everything always shows up in perfect condition and the online descriptions give a great breakdown of the game overview. The site had a few updates that really improved the experience. You can sort and filter a lot easier and narrow in on specific game types you’re looking for. Customer service is quick to answer questions, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend BGB to anyone and everyone. The best prices by far and the biggest selection. Can’t wait to eventually visit the location itself someday!
