Offered $2.5K on a $3k item. Doesn’t respond to messages then increases the price of items on inquiry to $4999. After posting this, the owner did respond and agree to the price offered. This left a sour taste, and therefore will be passing. Funny owner doing funny business over here. Remark: 😂😂 FINAL EDIT after OWNERS RESPONSE: Ps: I never said to you I work at a bank. This sad owner searches up what their customer does for a living and makes random statements. You were caught being greedy and are now flaming. These are terrible business practices. Also, what makes YOU think that I think I am god? Who said that? I never said that. Also you are right, there is no law that requires you to respond. WHO said that you must respond? No one did you prick. All I stated was that you didn’t not respond and raised prices, which is FACT. How do you go from sb01 + sb02 for $3000, change into 2x$2500? It would be $3000x2 for $6000 based on YOUR basic math right? You are just trying to justify your greed. Anyways stop this before you get reported.

The curated collection and cleanliness of the store was great. However that's where it ends. The customer service was terrible ( the store clerk sounded upset that I asked for a price on a sealed item) when he answered he quoted me on the item for 114% over current after Market value. Delusional pricing, horrible customer service. Vote with your wallet **Edit** 2 seconds of googling and you will be corrected. I JUST stumbled upon this place and let me tell you, before i even realized what the name was, entering the store i was like, "Man... this FEELS like a store you'd find in Akihabara (Tokyo)." It is SO densly packed and stacked. It is wall to wall, floor to VERY tall ceiling covered in figures, statues, model kits, complete gashapon collections and more! As a casually fan of anime and gaming or hard core otaku, you OWE it yourself to check out the shop. Only snag? ...nothing has price tags... and EVERYTHING is CRAZY expensive! If it looks like it should be $2-$5? Its $15-$35! Is that thing $50? It's $120+ I get that import cost, limited edition, exclusivity, and all that, but this is NOT a place you can just casually gift shop at... you gotta freaken LOVE that person if your gonna be dropping $300. ...or be a loaded nerd. Anyway, i'd love to show you pics, it's all a sight to behold, but no photos allowd inside, so, if you're going grocery shopping or restauranting in China City, check it out!

It’s one of the best Bandai shop we visited in GTA, love the MGEX and reasonable price. They have a lot of cool stuff in the store. It’s amazing and exciting shopping atmosphere like real shopping in Akihabara. We did go to Akihabara few times in past years. The aisle and stocking shelves setup in their shop is making you feel like in Akihabara store. They always have the latest products from Takashii Nationc no matter general one or limited items. That is why we love to have this store in town.

The selection of products at this shop is impressive. The selection of Robot Spirits figures blew me away. They had a lot of things that I’ve never seen in person. In my opinion this is a premium selection of goods that have a decently fair premium price. Yeah sure, you could buy some things online for cheaper, but you’d have to wait for shipping from overseas and pay for importing it. I picked up a Unicorn Gundam STATUE that I paid a reasonable price for, and I couldn’t even find it online anymore expect for overseas shops. I had a fun time looking at everything and felt happy with my purchase!
