I arrived at 8:58pm and they already had their doors closed and wouldn't let me in despite other customers browsing around. I told the worker i already knew what i wanted to get and he said no. I probably would have been done before the other customers already in the store who were still browsing around. He could have let me walk straight to the till and pay for the item, there was no real reason to deny access. So I rush over to the store, driving quickly, going through yellow lights, get lucky finding a parking spot, fast-walk in and manage to arrive just before closing time. I'm relieved and think I've made it. But sadly, the workers are also in a rush. To go home. So now I don't get to buy my item, even though I technically arrived before closing. Why close early? Why can't you just close the door at 9:00pm and then let the last customers clear out for 2-5 minutes? You're in that big of a rush to go home and relax? There are other types of businesses, that get 5-star ratings, because they understand that flexibility around closing time is a form of customer service. I like those stores more. This incident cost the business a $300 sale and possibly some future business with me since they wasted my time and gas, due to misrepresenting their true closing time. I will buy the item elsewhere tomorrow since these guys didn't want my money. If I had gotten there at 9:00pm sharp, and the door was closed, that's on me. Understandable. But I get there before closing and you won't let me buy my item? Even with other customers currently browsing the store? That's stupid. And I swear if the owner replies with some AI generated customer service nonsense along the lines of "we recommend getting to the store earlier blah blah" I'm going to change the review to 1-star instead.

Great place for collectors! We spoke with Adam Lucy while there looking at Pokémon. Adam was amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable. He made it a great experience for my family. Thanks Adam. Only wish they had more selection in the 1 or 2 dollar range of Pokémon cards. My kids play the game and are always looking to improve their decks. Not necessarily wanting high value cards to keep in a sleeve.

We need to talk …. Some things do not add up and my dollar bill for 4 dollars was not given there is a charge for 12 dollars which has no item I keep receipts papers . I know it was busy and mistakes I will come in first thing in the morning and talk. 1976 4.00 coin and a 2 dollar 1/2 dollar coin. $6.30 Next bill in the picture 3 items at top 3 for 1.50 2 Barbados coins and a shilling. A 0.25 Barbados coin 4.50 a Great Britain coin pound 1.75 I was charged 4.50 for unknown 5.00 for a Barbados 5 cent piece 7 dollars for a 1 dollar Barbados piece; 2.50 for a Mexican peso 3 x 1.00 = $3.00 for country change from around the world, I have them grouped in threes Wonder though if these were 2 dollars and the Canadian were 6 at one dollar instead of 2 dollars $12.00 dollars was charged and the medal silver 75 Alberta coin 1.00 dollars then I picked out a 1 dollar bill for 4.00. Dollars it is not on my stash not sure if it is the 4.50 charge . Or what happened …. I am kind of happy. But well not sure I know the guy took it to the one counter with shelves and just not sure but even with tax 4.00 is 4.05 and no dollar bill. I will come back with all and discuss , it is an inconvenience and I had plans other than this tomorrow but will do it. When we talk and sort things I will move stars and update. PS. these coins were to replace ones stolen and a few added and lastly most have no monetary value. Something from my past. Well worth the second trip we went through the purchase and made sure I did not owe and they did not ow me I was never charged for the Canadian dollar bill and the coins that could have been 2 dollars each or 3 for a dollar were not swapped but the mistake was not seeing the 4.00 charge and the bill. I am still missing a Dominican Republic paper bill I did get some other cool coins but not not huge monetary most are worthless metals but have meaning to me only. :). Happy all is straightened out. It is not my mistake or theirs I left without something leaving the store and being paid for no crime was committed either. Happy to do business with you. :). Environment for me quieter is better noisy does not work autism savant adhd . Yesterday was noisy chaotic later in the day . I know what works people just don’t always get it thank again this morning few to no one and things work out better. :)

Excellent place to conduct business with for all my hobbies. I've had a lot of fun coming to this store during the past 14 years. It's been an absolute pleasure interacting with the staff. All of them are pleasant and very knowledgeable in their specific fields of work within the store. They have a great selection in their coin department and very professional and knowledgeable staff. I very rarely leave without making a purchase. They also have a large selection of sports collectibles, cards, and model kits. I look forward to my next visit.

I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing collectibles store and loved every second of it! I could stay in this store all day. They have figures from all my favourite collections, rare sports cards and memorabilia, coins and bills, silver and even rare pennies. The service that I had while I was there is rare. The older gentleman told me stories about several of the items I was inquiring about. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Amazing service and an amazing store. I hope to return someday and buy some more treasures.
