Vaulted Icons

Recently got back into the addiction that is Pokémon. I decided to take a field trip around the Vancouver area to find the BEST card shop, and I can say without hesitation: look no further, this is your stop. I’ve been to Vaulted Icons twice now, and both times the staff gave me top tier customer service compared to every other shop I’ve tried. The prices are also the fairest I’ve come across in my travels, no gouging, just honest deals. Today Jo spent time talking with me and went out of her way to help, answering questions, offering suggestions, and making sure I left happy with what I picked up. If you’re into Pokémon or card collecting in general, do yourself a favour and check this place out. It’s rare to find a shop where the people genuinely care about the customer experience as much as the collection itself. Vaulted Icons has earned a repeat customer in me, and I’ll be back again soon.

I had gone to one of my first pre-release events a few months ago here, and it was really such a great time. Staff members were genuinely so welcoming, helpful, and interactive with everyone. Before coming here, I thought it was going to be an awkward experience since I’m not a regular, but I had so much fun making friends over at this store that I kept opening packs with someone I just got to know until we got a hit together at the same time (which didn’t take that long)! Also, got some free donuts from the owners! Core memory ngl. Would recommend visiting

Awesome first time here! Was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed! Met an employee named Cody who was generous and gave us a lesson in pokemon cards. Told us about all the local events they host - excited to join a future event. Watched the staff interact with some high schoolers and you could tell they wanna educate the next generation on trading cards. Hidden gem vibes- helped me find a Geeta card that was in my price range.

Joanne and the team there were great about hosting my sons birthday party at their shop! They had a Pokemon Professor and bouncy castle and gave the most amazing goodie bags for all the kids! They gave our own section in their lot and the given it was Canada Day they also had 3 castles out. My son had a blast and all his friends too! Would totally recommend hosting your kids birthday party here. Joanne is so responsive and accommodating!

If you’re looking to buy Pokémon cards in Vancouver, Vaulted Icons is unreal. Great prices on Pokémon, One Piece, and sports trading cards, and the staff actually know the hobby. Worth the trip from Richmond. The store also looks newly renovated on the inside. Overall great experience.
