Trading Card Warehouse Inc.

Went their for rc planes and trucks for the last 4 months , everything was great until trying to get a 1 day old truck warrantied.. brand new truck lasting 3 mins on a fully charged battery , motor failed on the first drive and when I brought it in , they have no way to test niph batterys, the motor on the truck was smoking brand new and instead of verifing this by trying the truck, they wanted me to wait 6+ weeks while they diagnosed a brand new 450$ rc truck not even 24 hours since purchase,I had to Google the replacement motor infront of a salesman and actually purchase the replacement myself. I will be making all of my purchases from the direct manufacturer as this has been a headache , horizon hobbys never treats customers like this , actions like this can ruin the sport for people

Recently came for a build and battle event and everyone was super friendly! The staff were super helpful and accommodating, and everyone was super happy and excited to see a new person. Ill definitely be coming back! Thanks so much for making my first experience amazing! You guys rule! :D

Amazing store! For once we actually have a store ran by people who play the games, and love the players! I’ve been all over Canada and can 100% say this is absolutely the best store there is, play here and support this store!

This shop is great! The layout seems well thought out and makes browsing easy. It was my first time in, and the store got really busy while I was there but the organization keeps it from feeling crowded. Staff were friendly, attentive and were helpful when it came to looking through binders and getting cards out of the wall display cases. Prices are competitive and seemed to be up to date with the hobby. The store went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for, and the rewards program is a nice touch. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Moncton!
