Toys On Fire Lorcana

My grandson had his Pokémon collection stolen earlier today. To help him cope with the incredible loss, his aunts and cousin came to this store to purchase some replacements. The staff here were so helpful and even included a small gift for him. So compassionate! Thank you!

Amazing store! Amazing staff! They have a great collection of games and action figures. We went in with low expectations but were blown away by everything. The staff were very helpful and giving great suggestions. Definitely recommend this place for all!

Huuuuuuuuge selection of toys, games, collectibles, cards and more. As soon as I walked in someone said hello and good morning asking if I needed help finding anything for my son. Great customer service. Would come back if I needed funkos, gundams, video games, or sleeves for my collection.

Been one of my "Go To" stores in the last few years. Staff are amazing and always willing to help. Often times they have gone above and beyond to assist me in getting what I needed and are more than happy to do it. I travel to them from all the way across that city for that reason

I have visited the Kanata location 3 times since it has opened in its new lot and every single time I leave with a big smile on my face, and my chase cards in hand. The staff here are so kind and attentive to each customer that enters the store. The stores selection is also so much more than some other toy/card shops around here. I am extremely happy that such a friendly and wonderful store has opened in Kanata!
