The purchase and wait was not bad, the shipping sucked. I'm sure they crammed everything in the smallest box they could to save on shipping. But when items come damaged because they're packed in so tight it's unacceptable. I'll not be ordering from them again. If they used a bigger box and added some cushion they would have arrived fine.

Such a cool store! A dream come true for a collector who doesn’t have access to a local shop of this caliber! I was visiting Montreal for a few days and decided to stop by and found something I had been searching for and tons that I hadn’t! Since I had limited luggage spa space and the items I got qualified for free shipping, the staff even offered to ship my order home which was very convenient! Great experience shopping there!

Ordered a Transformer that I missed the presale on through Toy Snowman. I hadn’t heard of their site before. I was unsure at first but hey got me the item I was looking for pretty quickly when it became available. Good packaging. Very satisfied.

Ordereded Riftbound products from this store and another store same day that's in the GTA near where I live (Toronto). The other store took 4 days just to prepare and ship the order. Toy Snowman shipped the order same day which I received 2 days later via Canada Post expedited. The order was super well packed including with bubble wrap. Prices were very good and you get free shipping at a reasonable $150 CAD threshold. I 100% recommend this store. NOTE: Full disclosure, being originally from Quebec, I may be a little biased ;)
