Thought they were a great place but they put their prices on their cards instead of the sleeves which completely diminishes the value of anything they are selling! Will not return

Edit: One day after this review, I am updating it to 4 stars (From 1), because they sent an email shortly after posting this. The replacement cards are on the way, and they were very apologetic and professional over the whole situation. So in the end, I am made whole, and the gesture of good will is worth acknowledgement. To buyers still cautious, you may wish to record the opening of your parcel and going through the cards to ensure everything is fine - it's always good to have uninterpreted recordings of the whole process, in case there are issues with it. Maybe upload the unlisted video on youtube, if you need to share it with a seller. To Total Play, I would just like to say that the cardboard protectors are really good for keeping cards safe during transit, but inserting the top flaps into the protector itself is really dangerous. I'll be ordering from them again - they have nice inventory - I just know I need to give 'em a nudge if something goes wrong, because they will respond, and they will reimburse issues, if I've got the proof. ******** Original Review: Placed an order for cards on March 12th, and it took until March 24th to ship. ~9 business days for the seller to fulfill the package. Having seen from other reviews that buyers had waited a long time, I sent them an email on March 20th asking if everything is fine, and they responded within EIGHT MINUTES, so they DO respond to emails... sometimes (More on that later). In regards to the order received, there were multiple issues: - One card was damaged during packaging, as the cardboard protector's flap had been crammed INSIDE of the protector (why why why), causing a noticeable clip in the backing of a card. Certainly not the 'Near Mint' quality card I ordered. - I ordered two of a card, and received only one. - Another card was the incorrect printing, and not the alternate art ordered. As such, I sent an email on the 26th detailing the mistakes in the shipment, and it has been radio silence since (April 13th, as of the date of this review) See, the punchline, is that the issues with the package amount to like, 5bux - they messed up the cheap cards and not the valuable card in the order - but the fact they're willing to stiff me on that makes me extremely cautious about ordering from them again. Like, what if I hadn't ordered chaff, and it was the 20$ card that got the back chipped in packaging? If I'm getting ghosted for pennies, it's going to shake my confidence when buying more expensive stuff. tl;dr Spotty communication. Long shipping times. Missing Cards. Incorrect Cards. Sketchy packaging/Damaged Cards OR poor card quality assessment - take your pick.

It was a great experience! I got almost the whole pixar cars wii collection and I also got a gba cars game (sadly didn't work) but my brother will be taking it over to get the people there to fix it up. And I also got some freebies cause I was struggling to find them online

Amazing store awesome collection of retro and new age games and consoles. Great selection of handhelds. Was able to pick up a brand new special edition 2dsXL in 2025 which is crazy. Highly recommended. Support local !

I had a mixed experience ordering Pokemon singles online. The order took a bit over 2 weeks to initially ship. At around the 2 week mark I tried contacting the store for info (over email/facebook) about the order shipping but didn't have much luck getting a reply. The cards themselves (all ordered as NM) were packed about 5 cards in a single penny sleeve (not individually sleeved) and the penny sleeve put into a similar size thin cardboard and then into a mailer. The good thing here is that the more expensive cards have no defects I can see. A couple of the cheaper cards have some defects on them but not enough my guess is to lower the quality from NM. Another thing about the shopping process itself, it seems like the prices on singles update very frequently. Cards would go up and down by 10-30 cents constantly between when I put them in my cart to checking out, making it hard to calculate exactly how much my total was going to be. For me this wasn't an issue in the end because I ordered multiple cards so some went up, some went down between cart/checking so it kind of balanced out, but annoying nonetheless. --- Edit After comparing service with other stores I increased the rating by 1 star. Also attaching pictures of the defects considering they are marked as NM (4 unique cards pictured)
