Torchlight Games & Hobbies

My new friendly local game store! They have a huge selection of tabletop games and I was happy to see a large stock of Gunpla and other hobbying tools and paints. The tables for wargaming are also free to use and they provide terrain if need be too which is fantastic. I recommend joining the discord to look for games.

First time visit and was blown away by this store. Incredible, well organized gaming selection, beautiful collection of fantastically painted miniatures. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, assisted with paint selection. Massive tabletop gaming area, a separate painting area and clean washrooms. Will definitely be making this my regular gaming location with friends.

I met the Torchlight guys at the Toronto Comicon, personable, easygoing, accommodating and knowledgeable come to mind. My son and I made a couple purchases before we headed back to Sarnia. When we got home we realized the items were going to be too difficult to build and paint. Even though the 15 day return window had passed, by alot, the owner Will worked with us to ensure an exchange could be made and the difference could be returned in cash. The crew that helped us at Torchlight, in Burlington, continued the exceptional customer service and would not stop until we were happy and satisfied. Everyone we came in contact with during our interactions went above and beyond and everyone should know these guys are the best. Thanks again Will, we are so grateful.

Heard about this hobby store from a youtube video so since I was at HeritageCon, I made a point of visiting this store on the drive back from Hamilton to Pearson airport on Mar 30, 2026. The floor space is enormous. They have a very large gaming area with many tables. They have a room for airbrushing with I think about 7 or 8 booths for people to use - great idea. Lots of gundam kits, paints and supplies. Very helpful staff there. Worth a visit if you are from out of town.

This store is absolutely WILD! It's a good thing I don't live very close or else I'd be camped here daily. Metric ton of Gunpla and they're up at good prices too, no "niche" store gouging. I've been multiple times over the years and I'll continue to come back as long as they are open!
