What's the point of registering for a one piece event? when you arrive to check in, its fully booked. They gave away our spot. zero integrity.

Ordered ~$480 worth of trading cards. The order was marked as shipped on March 10, with an estimated delivery date of March 17, but tracking never updated beyond “electronic information submitted” and showed no carrier acceptance. I did not receive the package. I’ve ordered from this store twice before without issues, so this was unexpected. I also received other orders from different shops (including from Toronto) around the same time with no problems, and there were no known Canada Post delays affecting those shipments. I was patient and followed up multiple times by phone over about 3 weeks. I also contacted Canada Post directly, who advised me to follow up with the sender since there was no record of the package being accepted into their system. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly told to wait for updates. I was initially told a refund or replacement would be possible, but was later told I would need to wait up to 2 months despite no proof the package was handed to the carrier. I was also told I would receive a callback at a specific time, but did not receive one and had to follow up again myself. No trace or investigation was offered. When I spoke with the owner, I was told no resolution would be provided and that pursuing a chargeback would be considered “taking advantage” of the situation. I was also told they would no longer deal with me if I proceeded that way. I ultimately had to escalate through my credit card company to resolve the issue. EDIT: In response to your reply, tracking for this shipment still shows only "electronic information submitted" with no carrier acceptance scan. I also contacted Canada Post directly and was informed that there is no record of the package being accepted into their system, and that the sender would need to initiate any investigation. While it was suggested that I would still receive the cards, there is no tracking evidence or confirmation that the package has entered the carrier network. Given this, I was not comfortable waiting 2 MONTHS without any confirmation the package had actually entered the carrier network. Thanks 💝

Great shop, had a lot of selections, we came looking for singles of magic the gathering, and they were all 25¢ each but what was nice is that they were newer stock and newer collections from recently, as opposed to the usually very old bulk cards. Would definitely recommend

There's too many people complaining that top deck hero is giving scalper prices to customers and even worse. Let's just put it this way to parents that don't even know the market price. Let's just say to buy like a box for a kid for his birthday or for Christmas I'm not even gonna go even deeper than that. It gets that just gets even worse. Or any of the top deck heroes cause they're all run by the same person or franchised with two or three people like a group so I wouldn't even go to any of them. They're all the same price. I would never step foot in there
