The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They’re always happy to help and give great advice on which products or cards to choose, whether you’re a player, a collector, or just getting started. They have a great selection of everything card-related, along with old video game consoles and games, stickers, and plenty of other collectibles. There’s a lot to look through, and the staff makes the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by and checking them out!

I had an amazing experience at The Connection Games & Hobbies! The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really took the time to go through my items and made the whole trade in process smooth and stress free. What stood out the most was how fair and honest they were with their pricing. I traded in some cards and video games along with a few Nintendo accessories, and they offered very reasonable market value prices. It felt like they genuinely cared about giving me a good deal rather than just making a quick profit. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great customer service with fairness and transparency, but this place definitely does. I’ll absolutely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or trade!

Went in today and rooted through the bulk Pokemon cards for a while. Didn’t spend a lot of money. Felt appreciated and welcomed! I dip in every now and then and have only ever had a great experience here. Thank you!!!

After a few visits and interactions with staff. I unfortunately think this place which started off super friendly and fair. Has now shown a disappointing level of treatment towards people that come to play games or buy cards. The staff is such a mixed bag of people. From honestly the sweetest people who deserve better jobs, to the most stiff, unpleasant and awkward members to chat with. And by “chat” I mean asking simple questions, but getting snarky replies. No point system, poor credit offers for trades. And nonsensical prices for everything in store. From cards to their dusty consoles that no one has touched in years. If it’s convenient to get cards from here? Grab them and go. Otherwise, go to other stores.
